We have created an Acrobat order form that you can use to place an order. The easiest way to do this is to keep track of what you want to order, then fill out the form online. That way, you won't have to try to squeeze your handwriting into little blanks. Also, the form will calculate cost, taxes, and shipping for you.
You will need Acrobat Reader to use this form. Download it for free now.
The order form will open in a new window so that you can also bounce back and forth between it and the items on the site instead of needing to keep track of what you want to buy.

You can pay for your order with a check or through PayPal -- where you can use a credit card or your bank account to pay.
Once you've completed the form, you can:
- Print it out to send with a check, or save for your records
- Print it out to fax it to Nicola and then pay with PayPal (send to orders@blackwalnutstudio.com)
- Save it as a file and email it Nicola, and then pay with PayPal (send to orders@blackwalnutstudio.com)
Not a member of PayPal? That's OK. It's free and easy to join! Then you can use a credit card or your bank account to pay for all sorts of things online.
